Deadmau5, the famous mouse-headed DJ and producer is currently in a legal battle over his cat’s name “Professor Meowingtons”. This follows up his 2014 legal battle with a mouse named Mickey, when Disney didn’t like him using a mouse head for his logo. In this new case, Deadmau5 (real name Joel Zimmerman) is on the offensive because of meowingtons.com, which sells cat-themed gifts, accessories, and clothing.
When we thought we couldn’t love Sir Patrick Stewart anymore, he goes and takes in a rescued pit bull named Ginger. In between all the time needed to promote his new film Logan with Hugh Jackman, he’s found the time to help the ASPCA and Wags and Walks to help find Ginger a new home. Ginger was bred for illegal pit bull fighting, but is very lucky to be rescued and spend some quality time with Professor X himself.
